IN THE SUPREME COURT 0F NEW SOUTH WALES - In Divorce (No. 3761). - Between MARY ANN HOLLIS (formerlv Mary Ann Trudgett), Petitioner, and RUSSELL RICHARD HOLLIS, Respondent. - To Russell Richard Hollis, late of Berry, in the colony of New South Wales, Bricklayer. - Take Notice that the said Mary Ann Hollis has commenced a suit against you in this Honourable Court, and is applying for a Dissolution of Marriage on the ground that you have without just cause or excuse wilfully deserted her, and without any any cause or excuse left her continuously so deserted during three years and upwards; and take notice that you are required to enter an appearance to the said suit at the proper office of this Honourable Court, on or before tbe twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and one, and in the event of your not doing so within the time limited, or obtaining further time, the petitioner will proceed, and the suit will be heard and determined, your absence notwithstanding. A copy of the petition filed herein may be had on application to the undersigned free of charge.
